Returns and Refund
If the product received does not meet your expectations, you can apply your right of withdrawal of purchase within 14 days of receipt of the product. Thus, we will refund you in full the purchase price of the item as soon as we have received it.
Attention: all returned products must be in perfect condition, the return costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage must be sent to us by email (Contact@aster-flora.com)
We assure you a refund made within 10 working days of receipt of the order with us. The refund will be made on the same means of payment used when the order was taken.
